Mr. Tran Hong Van - Chairman & CEO
Graduated with honor from University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) – Australia in 1998 and gained an MBA specialized in Finance and Banking also from UTS in 2000, Mr. Tran Hong Van returned and joined Vietnam financial market in 2001. Prior to founding Nam An Securities Corporation, Mr. Tran served at various posts including Financial Manager of the Customer Business Development at Proctor & Gamble Vietnam in 2002, Vice Managing Director at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation in 2003, Member of the Board of Directors of Vien Dong Assurance Corporation since December 2006. Mr. Tran also was one of the founding managers of the Ho Chi Minh city Securities Corporation.
Dr. Vu Thi Thanh Van - General Counsel
DR. VU earned her LL.M. and Doctorate in Law (Research topic: Cross-border takeover) from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) and undergraduate degree in law from Hanoi Law School. She obtained a Practicing Certificate from the EFB (Attorneys’ Formation School of Paris Bar) and was a visiting scholar at the International Financial Law Unit, Centre of Commercial Law Study, Queen Marry and Westfield University, London. She has practiced law during various times in Hanoi, Paris, London and Ho Chi Minh City since 1994. Dr. Vu has also been a lecturer at various universities and colleges in Vietnam. Before joining Nam An Securities Corporation, Dr. Vu was consultant of Laven Partners; Consulting Firm specialized in hedge funds in London and Head of Compliance and Internal Audit Department in Calyon Vietnam. Dr. Vu’s area of expertise is international and domestic securities regulation, corporate governance, corporate acquisitions, and corporate finance.
Ms. Dao Thi Hong Van - Manager of Client Services
Ms. Dao has over ten years of experience in client service sector and has in-depth knowledge of the real-estate market in Vietnam. After graduated from the Banking University in 1995, Ms. Dao served as marketing and property management specialists at Saigon Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, co-owned by Luks Lavico Join Venture Company. She later was promoted to a managing position in charge of Sales and Customer Services where she continued to outperform. Nam An is confident to have Ms. Dao be in charge of our Client Services department.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lanh - Manager of Operations
Ms. Nguyen earned her BS degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economic in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 1996. With ten years of experience in financial sector serving at various positions including Chief Accountant, Ms. Nguyen is well equipped to be in charge of Nam An Operations department.
Mr. Vo Van Cuong - Manager of Research
Mr. Vo graduated from University of Economy, Ho Chi Minh City in 2000 with major in Accounting & Auditing and gained an MBA from Centre Franco – Vietnamien de Formation à la gesion à Ho Chi Minh Ville (CFVG-HCMV) in 2005. Prior to joining Nam An, Mr. Vo was research manager at Ho Chi Minh city Securities Corporation, accountant and financial analyst for various FDI companies such as CP Group, Mitsubishi Motors and Stelecom (Telecommunication firm).
Mr. Hoang Ngoc Ba - Manager of Accounting
Graduated from University of Economy, Ho Chi Minh City in 1992 with major in Business Management and gained an MBA from Institute of Hollan Social Science and University of Economic, Ho Chi Minh city in 1997, Mr. Hoang has over ten years of experience in financial sector. Prior to joining Nam An, he served as Assistant to General Director and later as Vice Financial Director at Saigon Real-Estate Company and Chief Accountant at SacomReal Company.
Ms. Trinh Thi Le - Manager of Business Development
Earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina-
Wilmington (UNCW), U.S.A. with concentration in
Finance in 2005 and a BS degree in Marketing also
from UNCW in 2001, Ms. Trinh returned and joined
Vietnam financial market in 2006. Prior to joining
Nam An, Ms. Trinh served at various posts including
Manager of Investment at Vien Dong Assurance Corporation,
Associate Manager of Corporate Finance Advisory
at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation. She
was also a lecturer during various times at UNCW.
Ms. Trinh is one of the founding members of Nam
An Securities Corporation.

Dr. Tran Hoi Sinh - Senior Advisor.
Dr. Tran earned his Doctorate degree in Economics
from the Economics University in Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam in 1995. He has a strong track record of
serving at various high-level management positions
including Vice President of Institute for Economic
Research in Ho Chi Minh city; Deputy Chairman of
Ho Chi Minh City Industrial and Trading Association;
and Deputy chief of Economical Budget Department
of Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee. Nam An is
privileged to have Dr. Tran as our Senior Advisor.
